Services and cancellation policy
A deposit must be received for services (MOT, Massage, Diastasis treatment and classes) 24 hours prior to your first class or appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours prior to a booking, there will be a £20 charge unless there are extenuating circumstances, so please do get in touch as early as possible to change a booking or appointment. Once a block of sessions has been agreed and commenced there is a no refund policy for any outstanding balance for unused sessions.
