Angela Parkinson is the owner and founder of Adore Your Core Physiotherapy. She has been a physiotherapist for over 16 years and worked in the NHS and charity settings before setting up her own business. Angela completed her physiotherapy training and worked in a range of settings including neuro-rehab and intermediate care before finding her passion in women's health physiotherapy. 

Angela is married to Gordon and has four children, Abigail (15), Josh (14), Beth (12) and Ben (10). During her pregnancies she was aware of family and friends being significantly affected by pregnancy and childbirth and after a straightforward first pregnancy went onto journey through her own challenges of diastasis recti, pelvic girdle pain and pelvic floor issues.

Angela believes we have been created by God and have an amazing design in terms of muscular corset and pelvis but sometimes these areas can become out of sync during pregnancy and beyond and need rehabilitation. (client services). As well as seeing women to help them on their pelvic health healing journey she is also passionate about reaching out to others and offers training to other fitness, health and birth professionals (courses). Angela is passionate about treating the whole core addressing from top to toe when indicated also.
