An opportunity to attend a CPD event which will cover:
Changes during pregnancy and beyond
Posture and manual handling considerations with baby-wearing
Diastasis and Pelvic floor dysfunction - including how to assess for a diastasis, incontinence and prolapse.
Screening and signposting as a baby-wearing individual, peer supporter or consultant - local links.
There will be refreshments provided, a break for lunch during the event and an opportunity to network and ask questions.
After the event you will have access to the Adore Your Core Physiotherapy Professionals private facebook group for support and to access further resources.
